Arvest Bank’s mortgage division has been recognized with the Fannie Mae Servicer Total Achievement and Rewards Performer awards for 2020, according to a press release.
“The STAR program is a performance management and recognition program that is based on a rigorously applied framework to clearly define industry standards and good practice,” it says.
Servicers are measured by their performance, which manages four key metrics: investor reporting, general maintenance, solution delivery, and schedule management. Each servicer’s performance on these metrics is compared to the performance of other Fannie Mae loans with similar credit characteristics.
“We all know that recently 2020 has been unlike any other year, with many challenges and opportunities alike,” said Rodney Bechdoldt, executive director of mortgage loan services at Arvest’s Mortgage Division and Arvest Central Mortgage Company.
“Our mortgage servicing teams have done a remarkable job of focusing on our clients and providing solutions that are tailored to their diverse needs. We are humble by this recognition and are more committed than ever to serving our clients.”
