As the largest mortgage lender in the US, Rocket has the ability to offer “the best deals on MI,” he said, although Rocket’s fees are non-refundable if, for example, the customer moves or sells their home.
After previously heading the Account Executives at Quicken Loans Mortgage Services (QLMS), Niemiec joined Quicken Loans in 2009 as a mortgage banker. It’s safe to say that these formative years have been an ideal training venue to understand homeowners’ needs and build a robust customer base that spans thousands.
There was also Niemiec, who has a bachelor’s degree in business, management, and marketing from Hillside College, the experience necessary to quickly assess product response – a skill that came in handy during Rocket’s latest MI campaign.
“The response has been incredible,” he said. “You can usually tell whether the response was great by the number of loans you entrust us with, and our purchase volume has skyrocketed – May was the largest month in our company’s history.”
