Mortgage lender based in Rhode Island Take home home loans has hired two executives to drive the company’s nationwide expansion, the company said in a press release.
Pamela Summers and Tyler Rhea joined the company as VPs of Market Growth. Summers will cover Virginia and DC and Rhea will cover the New England region.
Jason Will, Embrace Home Loans SVP of Market Growth, recruited the VPs.

Summers has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, including nearly two decades at Freddie Mac, where she held leadership roles in the municipal and affordable credit space.
Most recently, she was the director of mortgage projects at PenFed Credit Union, with a focus on marketing and demand generation in the company’s mortgage division. At the beginning of her career she worked as Vice President / Area Sales Manager for Suntrust Bank.

Prior to joining Embrace, Rhea was Regional Business Development Manager at Academy Mortgage Corporation, where he was responsible for recruiting mortgage professionals in the East Coast region. Prior to that, Rhea spent nine years at Norcom Mortgage in a variety of roles, including Vice President and Market Manager.
