
That being said, Nichole has a different perspective when weddings have gone through two divorces.
“You know, it’s not a choice I would make again, but then again, I’ve already made that choice. I’ve learned from my lesson. And that’s the story I’m coming from, right?” She explained. “That’s why I’m so pro mortgage. It’s like being done there – paid for two divorces.”
The broker added, “Like yeah, let’s just invest that money instead of going to weddings and divorces. And I could be sitting nicely with a few more homes now.”
Sarah, “happily married” for 11 years, can understand Nichole’s perspective as well. She shared, “These are two of the most emotional and biggest things you should do in your life: buy a house and get married … I think everyone has to experience this by all means.”
