Mortgage Co. Nutter Home Loans Can’t Dodge Fraud Suit

Law360 (Jun 15, 2021, 5:58 p.m. EDT) – A Missouri federal judge has denied mortgage lender James B. Nutter & Co.’s offer to dismiss a federal government lawsuit against him under the False Claims Act, the government alleged sufficient at that point that the company had committed fraud.
