The family-owned mortgage company has recruited branch manager Henry Norton to head its new branch at 24 Sanford Street. Norton has over 17 years of experience in the mortgage and insurance industries and is a licensed professional in eight states. Prior to Norcom, he was a department manager at Primerica for seven years. He has also worked at Interfirst Mortgage, United Mortgage, Residential Home Funding, and Home Point Financial.

“Customer service is my top priority. I personally work one on one with my customers to understand their needs and become a reliable resource for them, ”said Norton. “I look forward to building these kinds of relationships with the residents of Glens Falls and becoming part of that community.”

“Henry is an incredible addition to the Norcom family and we are thrilled to have him on board,” said James Morin, Vice President Retail Lending. “His background in the mortgage and insurance industries is exceptional and his overall experience is exactly what Norcom needs to continue our success across the East Coast.”

Norcom Mortgage was founded in 1989 and currently employs 260 people in 36 locations on the east coast. The company is licensed in 40 states.
